Make a reservation through our application form. If there is something you don’t understand or you have questions, please see our FAQ at the bottom of this page. We hope you will find the answers to your questions there, but if not please contact us here and we’ll be in touch with you shortly.

Our concierge will coordinate your schedule and propose dates, times, and ideal routes.

If you accept our proposal, the photo shoot reservation will be confirmed and we will send you a link where you can make your payment as well as the details of your photo shoot.
On the Day of the Shoot
- The photographer will arrive at the location 15 minutes before the shoot begins to meet you and discuss the shoot.
- Enjoy a wonderful shoot!
We are local professionals and know all the good locations and hidden spots. If you have any requests regarding the shoot, please let us know. Normally our style is to photograph natural pictures, but we can of course also take pictures while you pose.
The shoot can be done however you like!
After Your Trip

Within seven business days, we will send you a link from which you can download all retouched photos.
Of course, we will never release your photos on the internet without your consent.
F A Q
A. We will of course do our best whenever you happen to contact us, but the closer it is to day you want the shoot to be on, the more difficult it becomes to coordinate your schedule. We recommend reserving more than one month in advance to ensure a higher likelihood of securing your preferred date.
A. If you think you will not make it on time, please send an email to the photographer. You might be able to extend the length of your shoot depending on the photographer’s schedule, but normally your shoot will be cut short. Japan has especially complicated means of transportation, so arriving near the location early will enable a relaxed shoot!
A. We welcome extensions of shoots! However, it may be difficult depending on the schedule of the photographer. We charge $150 USD for each 30 minute extension.
A. We shoot in any weather, rain, snow, or shine. The weather on that day will become a part of your memories. However, if the weather is so poor that you can’t see in front of you, you can either change the schedule or cancel, both free of charge.
A. We will never do this. You retain the rights pertaining to the publication of your photos. We will never release your photos without your permission.
A. Our company’s cameramen will retain the copyright. The photos that we deliver you are limited to personal use. If you would like a shoot for commercial purposes, please let us know.
A. If you would like a shoot for commercial purposes, please contact us with the details of your project. We will get back to you with information regarding commercial planning and licensing.
A. The advisability of a wedding shoot will be determined according to the conditions set forth by the venue where it will be held. We can also recommend classical Japanese venues, so please contact us with the details of what you are seeking.
